No Return Policy for Sunglasses

a. All sales of sunglasses are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the sunglasses are damaged during shipping.
b. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason other than shipping damage.

b. To be eligible for a return due to shipping damage, you must provide evidence of the damage, such as photographs or video footage clearly showing the damaged product and packaging.
c. Our customer service team will assess the damage and provide instructions on returning the damaged product. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in cases of shipping damage.
3. Exclusions:
a. The following scenarios are not considered shipping damage and are not eligible for return:
i. Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or improper care of the sunglasses.
ii. Normal wear and tear, including scratches or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the sunglasses.
iii. Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, repairs, or unauthorized modifications.
b. Any attempt to return sunglasses under false pretenses will be considered fraudulent, and appropriate legal actions may be taken.

a. As per our No Return Policy, we do not accept exchanges unless the sunglasses are damaged during shipping. If you receive damaged sunglasses, we will replace them with the same model and color, subject to availability.
